We recently heard that the Lafayette City Council voted to move forward with the proposal that would suspend the application for a 315 unit multi-family developement (Terraces Project) in favor of a new project for 44 – 45 small single family homes clustered on one part of the large parcel with the other part of the parcel, closest to the corner having a large parking lot with the ability for parents to drop off Acalanes High School students, turf soccer/lacrosse field, dog park and a tot lot.
