We formed the Brydon Ives Real Estate Team a little over 14 years ago after being independent Realtors for the three years prior. With both our personalities borderlining on “overachiever/perfectionist status” 🙂 and each of us being able to offer different skill sets and backgrounds, we knew that as a team we could offer our clients incomparable service, knowledge, experience, representation and availability.
We created the BrydonIvesTeam Blog for our clients, Lamorinda neighbors and for those who are considering making a move to this beautiful area. Our goal is to share our intimate Lamorinda knowledge of the local real estate market and community happenings and events with all of you.
We both have lived in Lamorinda for over 19 years (Kristi also attended college at Saint Mary’s in Moraga) and are raising our children here. We couldn’t and wouldn’t imagine living anywhere else!!!! We are so entrenched in the children’s extra curricular activities, schools and sporting events that we hope our experience and knowledge of Lamorinda will make your decision and transition to move here a little easier.
