Lafayette, Moraga and Orinda are fortunate to have strong Education Foundations to ensure our students are receiving top notch education programs…even when California school budgets are getting cut.
Lafayette Partners in Education
www.LPIE.org
For more than 33 years LPIE has been supporting Lafayette’s public schools to ensure students always receive an education rich in science, math, music, art, technology, foreign language, electives and humanities. LPIE also provide funding for support services such as instructional aides, counseling, professional development, and more. Working with the Lafayette and Acalanes school districts, they identify areas for investment in core academics and enrichment, supporting programs and efforts that might otherwise go unfunded.
Education Foundation of Orinda
www.OrindaEFO.org
Building on a tradition of strong community support for educational excellence in Orinda’s schools, the Educational Foundation of Orinda provides financial support for quality programs and enrichment opportunities which directly benefit students in the Orinda Union School District and at Miramonte High School.
Moraga Education Foundation
www.MoragaEducation.org
Moraga Education Foundation (MEF) is a nonprofit organization that funds programs in Moraga schools. These programs benefit the students attending Camino Pablo, Donald L. Rheem and Los Perales Elementary Schools, and Joaquin Moraga Intermediate School in the Moraga School District and Campolindo High School in the Acalanes Union High School District. MEF’s goal is to support and enrich the educational experience of all Moraga school children in kindergarten through twelfth grade (including students from Lafayette who attend Campolindo).
