St. Marys College is selling pianos that were used in their music program. A large selectin of these loaned instruments will be sold at or below cost for one weekend only. Proceeds will directly benefit St. Mary’s College of California.
They have baby grands, larger grands, player pianos, studios, consoles and digital keyboards. The brands for sale include Yamaha, Yamaha Clavinova, Yamaha Disklavier and Knabe. The sale will feature new Bosendorfer grands and nearly new and vintage Steinway grands as well. They will include warranties and f/u services. Financing and delivery will be available.

The lack of inventory in the Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda (Lamorinda) area has been our biggest hurdle. Due to this fact, many homes have moved quickly and have had multiple offers. These are typically houses that are turn-key with a nice flat yard area.
Interest rates will likely help continue this momentum with conforming rates below 4% and jumbo rates at or just above 4%.
We will just have to wait and see!

***We are finding that the inventory has been very low . There are very few “turn-key” / charming homes on the market in Lamorinda specifically in the $750,000-$1,100,000 range. There are actually a great number of buyers out there who are preapproved and ready to jump (non-contingent offers) when these homes do become available. It is critical that they are priced right…and if they are, believe it or not, we have had several homes in the area receive multiple offers!
